Often a forgotten inventor, Nikola Tesla is the target of the Build Guild, a group of inventors set out to fix any problem with any means necessary. Tesla runs into Pecos Bill, and together they face assassins as well as the Build Guild. You might call him Pecos Bill's sidekick. However, it'll be his mastery of electricity and enthusiasm for pigeons that might just bring the stars back.
