This was another great and fun week. The best part is that we painted this week! 3rd grade have begun exploring Monet and painting with light colors. So, we're creating mountainous ice cream sundaes. The young artists mix all their colors with white paint. It's a fun project because all of the students enjoy creating these colors while also understanding how to use their art space beneficially. There is a lot of organizing their tables, using only necessary colors, and how to take care of their paintbrushes. Oh, and it is just a blast to make up the tastiest imaginary ice cream ever!

And, the Kindergarten artists are ploughing through to get to their final painting stage on their Silly Guys. They've been asking and begging to paint, so they'll love this upcoming week when the paints are already on their tables when they come to the art room.
